A former grammar school is turned into a £350-a-night luxury Indian hotel. The new owners of the Grade II listed Victorian building on the South Bank near Tower Bridge bring Indian hospitality to the capital for the first time.

We carried out all external works to this high profile hotel. Works to expansion joints including the installation of sealant to all floor movement and perimter joints. These were very short notice works carried out on a very tight schedule to meet with the hotel opening
