The Leman Locke London property consists of a total of 168 apartments over 24 floors, divided into 105 studios and 63 one bedroom suites. Leman Locke offers guests two sky meeting rooms, the Locke Gym, two bars, and all day dining. This project won Fit Out Project of the Year International at the Fit Out Awards 2016.

We were engaged to carry out all mastic works to this 168 suite landmark aparthotel. Our works included finishes to all kitchens and bathrooms as well as internal windows. Our scope also included all communal areas and back of house. These works were carried out over several months and our labour was scheduled to fit in with the main contractors tight deadlines.
