We were awarded this contract comprising of 290nr residential units made up of; 14nr town houses, 9nr blocks containing 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and duplex accommodation in various configurations.

This project was completed on time and on budget, meeting all deadlines set throughout the project.

• External expansion joints and ring beams joints as well as concrete slab expansion joints in the car park area.
• Internally;  Kitchens, Bathroom, and all communal and common areas.
